For the elderly this includes utilities with a monthly charge of $10 to help defray utility cost. Families are given a water allowance and are billed for the amount over the allowance in a quarterly utility bill & have to put the Ameren IL utility bill in their name. Security Deposit for families is $455 for a 3 bedroom, $355 for a 2 bedroom for Elderly/Disabled it is $175 OR 30% of income, whichever is higher. |
