return application & attached documents with a copy of birth certificates & copy of social security cards (front & back) for all household members along with photo id's for all adults

- or under our current payment standards will be approved due to shortfall in funding. our current payment standards are: 1 bedroom, 777; 2 bedroom, 985; 3 bedroom, 1280; 4 bedroom, 1332
